Our services

We provide wedding videography, family film sessions, and related filming and editing services. The specific scope of work for any booking is confirmed in your proposal, package details, booking confirmation, or written agreement with us.

Bookings and payments

Your date is not secured until we have confirmed availability and received any booking fee or deposit we require. Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed due date set out in your booking paperwork.

• Quotes and package pricing may change until a booking is confirmed
• Late payments may delay delivery of your final films
• Any extra agreed work outside your package may be invoiced separately

Client responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible work, you agree to provide accurate information about your date, timings, venues, and any important details we need to know in advance.

If key information changes, please tell us as soon as possible.

Creative approach

You are booking us for our documentary style, editing judgement, and creative approach. We always work carefully and collaboratively, but final decisions on filming coverage, editing, music choice, and overall presentation remain with us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on the season and the agreed package. Any estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith, but may be affected by workload, illness, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Copyright and use

We retain copyright in the films and footage we create unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are free to enjoy and share your finished films for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or editing by third parties requires our written permission.

Music and third-party platforms

Where films are delivered or shared through third-party platforms, their availability and playback are subject to those services. Licensed music used in your film may also affect how or where it can be publicly shared.

Limitation of liability

We will always take reasonable care in delivering our services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or move your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation terms, retained booking fees, or rescheduling arrangements will follow the agreement confirmed at the time of booking.
